On May 29th I
walked into the Ford dealership to get information about vehicle
leasing. I was introduced to Franco who was to provide the pros/cons of
leasing and answer any questions I might have. To be able to address my
questions with more accuracy, we decided to select a vehicle. I drove a
2008 Edge, that I just loved, and wanted a newer model. After my
selection, Franco was able to provide more detailed figures on the cost
of the vehicle. I could not make the decision to go forward without
first presenting the deal to my husband. Franco was accomodating in that
respect he understood, he was not pushy. My husband said it was a great
deal, go for it. Returned on the 30th and I drove my 2013 Ford Edge
home. I was elated. I must commend Franco for his patience and more
importantly, his GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE skills! As a manager in the
customer service industry, I know the importance of great customer
service.. Keep up the great work Franco!!!
