I'm quite surprised about some of the poor reviews on this site because I had a great experience with Ford Fairfield. I didn't actually go there expecting to buy a new vehicle - I had my old high-mileage F-150 towed there when it broke down. When I went to pick it up, I took a couple of minutes to look at the new F-150's and I liked what I saw. I went home and did some research and came up with a target number that I figured would require a lot of haggling to get to. I went back the next day and their first number was actually about $1000 less than the number I was shooting for (and yes, it was a fixed, no haggle price). I worked with Gus Davila and Kyle and was very happy with the way I was treated. Gus was very knowledgeable about the truck and spent lots of time going through the systems & technology (the Synch system is very cool). There was no pressure and they were able to help me out with a paperwork issue with my old truck that allowed me to get some additional incentives from Ford that were only good that weekend. I've been contacted several times since buying the truck to make sure I was happy and to see if there were any questions/issues with it.
