Where do I even
start???
It has been a stressful 2 weeks before my visit to Ford Fairfield. I
visited Toyota Vacaville and regretted it the minute I walked into that
place. We were seated at a desk, left to wonder what was going on and
wasn't checked on while we waited. I was told to come down to apply,
promised of being able to be approved for a NEW Toyota Camry, sent home
while my application was being "process" and then no follow up to let me
know if my application had been approved or not. After about 5 1/2
hours I called the dealership and they said "oh sorry, your application
was declined." I was so mad at this point but because I needed a car I
decided to visit Ford Fairfield.
When I arrived none of the sales agents rushed out to assist me. Instead
I was left to do browsing on my own, which I loved! I was so
discouraged when I left Vacaville that I didn't think I'd find anything
within my price range. I was lucky enough to find a used Honda Accord
with only 22K miles on it! Great condition and in my price range.
Michelle, my Sales Associate, helped me with my application and even got
me an approval all within about an hour. After my approval it was time
to sign my papers with the Finance Manager, Robert Morales. He was very
helpful and put my mind at ease about a lot of the finance small print.
Their teamwork and dedication to helping me find the right car for my
budget was absolutely what I needed.
I would recommend anyone to Ford Fairfield if they're in the market for a
new or even a used car.
Thank you Michelle and Robert for making my experience a pleasurable
one!!!
