"Stopped by Ford Fairfield this evening to check out the Ford Escape. Luckily, Gus introduced himself to us and was a GREAT help!!!! Very pleased with how knowledgeable, friendly and NON-pushy Gus was. Didn't leave the dealership with a new car because we are going to think about this investment (Ford Escape Hybrid)...will definitely take the drive from South San Francisco to Fairfield to work with Gus and get our new car!
Also had the chance to meet the dealer manager, Dustin. Very down to Earth, frank and informative. Appreciated the non-agressiveness...will be back!"
